1. Returns

  • You may return most unused items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with tags and original packaging intact.

    • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided.

  • Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Photo of the item (if applicable)

  • Reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund amounts exclude original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry made to your specifications

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
